 n Carbon Capture and Storage’s (CICCS) free annual conference: Innov
 ations for a cleaner future, will take place on the 12th of November 2
 009, opening with registration and refreshments at 9.30am, closing at 
 4.30pm, with a light lunch provided. World leading guest speakers incl
 ude: Dr Jeff Chapman, Chief Executive of the Carbon Capture and Storag
 e Association (CCSA); Professor Mercedes Maroto-Valer, Director of the
  Centre for Innovation in Carbon Capture and Storage (CICCS); Professo
 r Martin Binks, Director of the Institute for Enterprise and Innovatio
 n; and Professor Michael Steven, Professor of Environmental Remote Sen
 sing at the University of Nottingham.\n\nThis event will also host the
  CICCS post-graduate student poster competition in CCS & Sustainable E
 nergy, with a prize of £150 for best presentation plus two £50 runne
 rs up prizes; which will be awarded at the end of the conference.\n\nR

  have attached two flyers for your perusal. Please pass these details 
 to any colleagues with an interest in CCS or sustainable energy, espec

  student travel bursaries are available on a first come first served b
