Commercial Development positions we have with one of our government client in renewable energy sector in Abu Dhabi UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports and provides functional advice during commercial negotiations; may lead some negotiations. Identify key risks and find creative solutions to mitigating them.
Reviews, manages, and proposes amendments to contract rates, pricing structures and commercial terms. Managing the commercial input of proposals, bids and tenders.
Coordinates the activities relating to pre-qualification of the potential bidders. Prepares the documentation needed for submissions at various stages of project execution like strategies, bidder lists, bid evaluation, award recommendations and variations. Performs contract administration functions including reviews of the Contractors' submittals from contractual viewpoints and advise the Project Teams on the appropriate responses.
Education
MBA from Intl Business School or equivalent experience.
