Chintan welcome. Please see the issues of Carbon capture journal. They are interesting and gives good insight on what is happenning around. IEA has a full forum on Carbon capture regulators. You may find reference in third issue of the carbon capture journal. Incidentally, very surprisingly, I have found someone from Reliance / Essar refinery. He has not responded yet. May be an accidental visitor to the site. There is another girl who is studying in US. She has not responded too. She is also member of the Reuters.

Rest is fine.

Regards,

Darshak
