CCS Business Models

With all manner of technological solutions available to achieve the 3 stages of CCS (carbon capture and storage- I  include compression in there, Transportation and storage) what viable business models are there to incorporate the three. The ownership of these separate element will undoubtedly be by different parities, so how are they going to work together to achieve there common goal?
