Over thirty-six years of chemical engineering experience involved in development, design, engineering management, operation and research for power plant air quality control systems (AQCS); and design of acid gas removal plants, chemical plants and petroleum refineries. Areas of expertise include engineering management, AQCS design for national and international projects including 14,000 MW of WFGD design, 10,000 MW of Owner's Engineer WFGD experience, 700 MW of dry FGD design, 70 carbon capture system designs using amines (carbon dioxide removal from natural gas, synthesis gas) as well as Boiler MACT work for industrial boilers, coal gasification clean-up systems, fluid catalytic cracking units, refinery flares and chemical plants.
